Our laboratory has long been appling the ideas of systems biology and using high-throughput multiomics techniques to uncover the human immune microenvironment related to health and disease.

Research areas:

1) We launch high-throughput, single-cell scale experiments and develop big data analysis methods to obtain information and knowledge about immune cells, immune responses, and interactions between hosts and their symbiotic microbes. We are interested in new techniques for high-throughput antigen-specific lymphocyte screening, single-cell multiomics , human skin microbial multiomics, etc.

2) Based on clinical needs, we seek biomarkers related to early diagnosis, molecular typing, immunotherapy and prognostic monitoring of diseases, and develop innovative diagnostic products.

3) Based on high-throughput experiments and big data analysis on immunization, with the help of immune cell editing and other engineering technologies, we develop new methods of neutralizing antibodies and cell therapy for diseases.
